Satellite Receiver - If the unit is DOA, you may return it to us within the first 30 days and we will either exchange it or issue you a refund.
Analog Cable Boxes - If the unit is DOA, you may return it to us within the first 30 days and we will either exchange it or issue you a refund.

All shipping and handling fees are non- refundable.
There is a 10% re-condition charge on all refunds. NO Exceptions.
You MUST obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before any product can be returned. See below for instructions on how to process returns.

- Returned in new and un-used condition
- Have obtained a RMA number by email BEFORE returning the unit
- Returned within 30 days of the product being SHIPPED to you
- Returns cannot be missing any parts
- Returns subject to a 30% restocking fee
- Shipping is not refundable
- You pay for shipping back to us
- Accessories are not returnable
- If you purchase a cable unit and find out that it does not descramble cable or work on digital we reserve the right to void your return.

Warranty
You have a one year manufacturers warranty on parts and labor. No warranty, either implied or expressed, covers the event of acts of god. This warranty does NOT cover signal changes, power surges, or misuse.
The units we sell haven't been altered or modified to receive unauthorized cable signals from any cable company or cable operator. We do not sell cable boxes that get channels for free or offer parts or technical support for these items. If we authorize returns there is a 30% restocking fee. Buyer pays shipping BOTH ways. No exceptions.
Warranty is also is voided if equipment is opened or tampered with, without permission.
